Funding of your homecare
7 Valleys Healthcare operates on an open transparent policy which allows us to accept both privately funded clients and those from the local Authority.
Social Services and the Department of Health have launched a nationwide initiative, known as Direct Payments. This scheme gives individual the opportunity to funding upon a successful assessment carried out to determine if fit for home care. As a result, clients can now choose their own service provider as an alternative to care organised by the Local Authority.
Some of our service users qualify for full or part-funding of their care through their local Social Work department.
